M/T/W 7:30am-4:30pm, Thursday 9am-5:30pm, Friday 7:30am-3pm

The ideal candidate is:

-Experienced in a dental setting(this is a must)

-Willing to learn and grow within the clinic

-Confident using dental software and handling front desk duties

-Able to maintain professionalism while creating a welcoming environment

Responsibilities include:

-Greeting and checking patients in with warmth and professionalism

-Scheduling and confirming appointments

-Calling patients for recalls and unscheduled treatment

-Processing insurance claims and handling payments

-Sending referrals and pre-determinations

-Maintaining accurate patient records

-Supporting both the admin and clinical teams as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week
