Receptionist

, you will set the tone from the moment someone walks in the door. It is our goal to make sure every customer feels like an old family friend, and that starts with you. If you enjoy keeping things running smoothly and love connecting with people, then look no further!

What You'll Be Doing:

Answering and transferring telephone calls in a professional and timely matter to the applicable department Greeting and directing customers to the appropriate department or team member, while creating a friendly and positive environment Facilitate dealership vehicle trades Handling daily cash and bank deposits as well as all licensing and registering of vehicles Performing accurate data entry, document scanning, and general clerical support Maintaining a clean, organized work area Other administrative duties as needed

What You Bring:

1+ Years in a similar role and/or customer service experience A positive attitude and a professional welcoming presence Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone Strong time management skills and ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, and eager to learn dealership software systems Able to work in a team environment while helping create great experiences for every customer and colleague
