Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent (required). Medical Terminology course completion is preferred.

Certification:

BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is required. Completion of rTMS training is highly valued.

Experience:

A minimum of 2 years in a healthcare or clinical setting is preferred. Experience operating rTMS equipment or other patient care technologies is a strong asset.

Administrative Proficiency:

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Technical Skills:

Ability to operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot rTMS equipment.

Interpersonal Skills:

Commitment to adhering to clinic protocols and ensuring a safe environment for all clients.

Critical Thinking:

Ability to troubleshoot issues and adjust treatment protocols, as necessary.

Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Receptionist / rTMS Technician at ATMA CENA, you will:

Greet clients and visitors in a welcoming, professional manner. Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and coordinate client bookings. Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints, escalating when necessary. Maintain accurate electronic and physical records. Support clinic operations by managing meeting room bookings and performing other administrative tasks. Conduct initial patient assessments to evaluate rTMS suitability. Educate patients on rTMS procedures, answering their questions and managing expectations. Administer rTMS treatments with precision, ensuring proper coil placement and patient comfort. Monitor patients during sessions, addressing any concerns or adverse reactions. Maintain and calibrate rTMS equipment, reporting any issues. Document patient progress, session data, and treatment outcomes accurately.
