Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and friendly receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and provide administrative support across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office
- Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Compile and submit permit documents
- Manage the company safety program which includes, but not limited to, maintaining and following safety procedures with company staff and trade partners.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, etc.
Experience
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative, or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g., printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Ability to work in a team atmosphere and individually
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00-$20.00 per hour
Work Location: In person
