We are looking to hire a kind, friendly receptionist to join our amazing team of long-term employees in our Port Moody office just minutes away from the skytrain station and the many amenities in beautiful Newport Village.

We are offering a full time position. Full time position is 4-5 days a week including some Saturdays . No evenings and no long weekends. Experience in the medical field specifically in the capacity of working in a dental office is preferred. We would entertain the possibility of training the right individual to fulfill the role if they have no prior experience as a dental office receptionist.
The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, collecting payments, and other administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be organized and detail-oriented, and have a strong knowledge of dental terminology. We are looking for someone who is passionate about providing excellent customer service and is committed to helping our practice grow.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and provide them with information about the practice.
Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility.
Collect payments from patients.
Maintain patient records and ensure that all paperwork is up to date.
Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
Provide general administrative support to the dental office.
