WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

? Answering calls like a pro (friendly, efficient, and never rushed)

? Booking, confirming, and adjusting appointments with precision

? Keeping patient info up-to-date and accurate (attention to detail is your superpower)

? Providing info on services, products, and promotions

? Calling patients with reminders and follow-ups

? Supporting sales by processing phone orders and payments

? Resolving the occasional issue with tact and professionalism

? Collaborating with a supportive team to keep the patient experience seamless

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

? Excellent communication and spelling (yes, spelling counts)

? The ability to stay cool under pressure

? Previous reception, call centre, or customer service experience preferred

? Medical or optometry experience is a bonus, not a dealbreaker

? Strong multitasking skills--your brain can run in parallel, not just series

? 50+ WPM keyboarding skills

? Positive outlook and no-drama energy

? Self-starter who owns their work and strives for excellence
