We are a well-established law firm in the Cloverdale area of Surrey seeking an exceptionally organized, highly motivated and reliable team player who will be our receptionist two days a week and ideally has the flexibility to cover holidays several times a year.
Key Responsibilities
Greet in-person and phone-in clients, determine the nature of their visit/call and inform the appropriate parties
Receive and distribute payments
Perform administrative tasks for lawyers, office management and assistants
Operate various office machines, make photocopies, open and route all incoming mail
Open and close client and company files
Daily and monthly data entry and posting
Monitor office and kitchen supplies
The successful candidate will have:
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a multi-line switchboard
Great written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with a detail-oriented, self-motivated mindset
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) with experience in esiLaw/Unity an asset.
