We are looking for an enthusiastic receptionist to join our growing dealership's team at Kelowna Mazda. You will be responsible for coordinating all incoming calls, processing New and Used Vehicle inventory, and providing our guests with an exceptional customer experience.
Receptionist/Administrative Assistant
:
Inbound / Outbound Calls.
Reconcile accounts payable receipts with statements
Post invoices for various departments in accounting
Administer and manage inbound/outbound mail, including priority post
packages.
Processing/stocking in new and used vehicle inventory and managing price changes,
Purchase order management
Daily cash balancing of debit/credit card transactions and data entry for all departments
Maintaining the customer lounge
Filing
What You Bring:
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn
Excellent communication skills with exceptional telephone etiquette
Professional appearance and demeanor
Experience in Customer Service/Office Administration
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced work environment
Attention to detail /highly organized
Computer literate including Microsoft word, excel, and Outlook
PBS or CDK experience would be a bonus
