Under the direction of the Site General Manager.
Performs general office duties including data entry, supply ordering, and coordinating incoming and outgoing mail.
Provides customer and reception services, assists residents, families and visitors, and answers and transfers incoming telephone calls.
QUALIFICATIONS:
A positive rapport with seniors, friendly and helpful team player.
A flexible, willing and positive attitude.
A high standard of hygiene and personal appearance.
Advanced computer skills with proficiency in MS Office.
Knowledge of accounting and office procedures normally acquired through post-secondary education and/or related experience preferred.
Completed current First Aid and Cardiac Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR). Must be renewed every three years.
Must have a clear and current criminal record check.

This is a part-time position.
