RECEPTIONIST
We are hiring for a PART TIME receptionist to work along side our amazing receptionist
Requirements:
-customer service experience/reception experience preferred
-must be organized and self-motivated
-positive and hard working
-team-player
-references required
Tasks include:
-providing our customers with the highest level of customer service
-fielding incoming calls
-greeting walk-in customers (for drop offs, estimates, etc)
-collecting payment for repairs-starting up and delivering files for customers
-speaking with insurance companies in regards to customer claims, etc.
-dealing with rental agencies for customer loaner vehicles
-keeping front office organized
While experience in the collision industry is not a requirement (although it's an asset), all applicants should have experience working in a customer service and/or reception role.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 24 per week
Work Location: In person
