Job Description


As our receptionist, you will be the face of our firm, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming environment for our clients. Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our clients feel valued and their needs are met from the moment they step through our doors. Responsibilities will include managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and taking payments. You will assist our lawyers and paralegal staff with administrative tasks, such as filing and maintaining client records. We offer paid sick leave and pay commensurate with the responsibilities taken on by the successful candidate. The position is part-time for the summer and will become full-time in August. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Salary: $16.00-$18.00 per hour Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
  • Oromocto, NB E2V 2P8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
  • Secondary School (preferred)
Experience:
  • Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
Shift availability:
  • Day Shift (preferred)
