Hours:

5 AM - 11 AM (Weekdays) 5 PM -11 PM (Weekdays)

Weekly Hours:

18-24 hours

Hourly Rate- Morning Position:

$21

Duties

Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner. Manage incoming phone calls, providing accurate information and directing calls as necessary. Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and presentable. Perform data entry and maintain accurate filing systems for patient records and other documents. Utilize computer systems to schedule appointments, manage calendars, and handle correspondence. Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing. Assist with clerical tasks as needed, including managing mail and office supplies. Uphold confidentiality standards in accordance with medical office protocols.

Experience

Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively both in person and over the phone. Familiarity with medical office procedures is a plus but not required. Proficient in using phone systems and computer applications for scheduling and data management. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in documentation. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
