As a valued member of the Office Services Team, you are responsible for supporting the daily operations of the Company's Head Office facilities, providing administrative and reception support to both employees and external guests.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
On a day-to-day basis, the key responsibilities of the Receptionist:
Corporate Reception Desk - act as one of two primary ambassadors at the Reception Desk, responsible for directing incoming requests from employees, guests and visitors via phone, email and in-person. This includes receiving and dispatching courier packages and mail. In addition, this function is responsible for the booking of all boardrooms.
Facilities Management - The role is a key member of the Team engaged in the following daily activities:
Inspection of common areas including Staff Lounge, Serveries, Dining Rooms and Boardrooms to ensure standards of presentation, health and safety and hygiene are maintained.
Inspection of office equipment including printer/copier devices and mail machine.
Monitoring inventories of various types of supplies for the operation of the premises.
Expense Management - updating various expense
QUALIFICATIONS:
To succeed, candidates must possess the following combination of education, experience and skills:
Completion of a post-secondary degree or diploma;
3+ years of progressive work experience;
Excellent verbal and written communications skills;
Superior interpersonal and customer service skills;
Strong working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Outlook;
A team player who is able to handle pressure with professionalism and tact.
