- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner  
- Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and efficient manner  
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and packages  
- Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area  
- Assist with data entry tasks  
- Provide general administrative support such as filing, typing, and organizing documents  
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments and managing inquiries  
- Handle customer inquiries and provide basic customer support
- Working Hours: 5:00-11:15pm
