Adventure Motors is looking for a full-time Receptionist and Customer Service Specialist. The ideal candidate for this position will be friendly, curious, reliable, outgoing and driven to provide the perfect customer experience.
Typical Work Day
Answer incoming telephone calls, determine purpose of callers, and forward calls to appropriate personnel and departments.
Greet customers with a warm welcome, determining the nature and purpose of visit and direct them to the correct department or page the employee as required.
Keep website and related platforms updated with current inventory and promotions.
Respond to customer complaints and channel them to the pertinent department manager.
Take pictures of incoming units for marketing use.
Take pictures of sales customers upon delivery of unit for marketing purposes.
Create flyers for advertising.
Various administrative tasks required such as data entry, filing, etc.
