We are seeking a dedicated Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our office, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Duties
- Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks accurately
- Manage office supplies and keep track of inventory
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficiency in computerized systems for data entry
- Knowledge of phone systems and phone etiquette
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in front desk or office administration is a plus
