Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner.
Manage incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
Schedule appointments and maintain the office calendar efficiently.
Create and post engaging content on social media platforms to promote services and updates related to the immigration office.
Handle administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and proofreading documents.
Ensure the front desk area is tidy and organized at all times.
Provide customer support by addressing client questions or concerns promptly.
Collaborate with office staff to facilitate smooth operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred, particularly in the office setting.
Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail with proofreading capabilities.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
A positive attitude and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
Fluent in English, Punjabi and Hindi.
