We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, whether it be in a medical, dental, or general office environment. The Receptionist will manage phone systems, assist with clerical tasks, and ensure that all front desk operations run efficiently.
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
Answer and manage incoming phone calls using multi-line phone systems.
Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
Assist with administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Handle correspondence, including emails and mail distribution.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
Familiarity with office procedures and medical or dental office environments is an advantage.
Proficient in using phone systems and standard office equipment.
Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and team members.
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
