We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet and assist clients and visitors in a courteous manner.
Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
Handle clerical duties including typing, proofreading, and preparing correspondence.
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for various administrative tasks.
Assist with bookkeeping activities as needed, including invoicing and payment processing.
Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk area.
Support the dental or medical office staff with scheduling appointments and managing patient records when applicable.
Experience
Previous office experience is required; experience in a dental or medical office is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
Strong computer skills with experience in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
Excellent customer service skills with a focus on phone etiquette.
Ability to demonstrate organizational skills and attention to detail in all tasks.
Familiarity with data entry processes and clerical duties is essential.
