  • Operating a multi-line telephone system to direct incoming calls to the appropriate individual in a courteous and professional manner
  • Take detailed messages and ensure delivery to proper individual
  • Distributes mail/faxes and coordinates all courier pickups
  • Responds to all emails in a timely manner
  • Process and operating cashier
  • Maintaining tidiness of reception and customer waiting area
  • Perform various clerical and administrative duties
  • Licensing
  • Operating CRM system and inputting accurate information
  • Stocking dealer inventory
  • Accurately completing daily licensing
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: $15.50-$18.00 per hour Benefits:
