is looking for a

Part-Time Receptionist

to join our team! We are looking for someone flexible who will be able to work full-time hours until the middle of August and move to part-time come September. This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to earn extra income while attending post-secondary school! Part-time hours come September are as follows:

Fridays from 9:00am to 6:00pm Saturdays from 8:00am to 5:00pm


In this role you will answer incoming phone calls and direct callers to the appropriate department/person using a very busy switchboard. You will regularly communicate with callers and greet visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner. Other duties in this role will be to organize, maintain, and coordinate office records and perform general administrative tasks as required.

Experience & Qualifications:

Excellent communication skills with a positive, up-beat attitude Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Resourceful self-starter that is extremely well organized Strong computer skills 2-3 years of experience in customer service or administration
