Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting patients and answering general inquiries
- Checking in patients
- Rebooking patients for follow-up appointments
- Preparing and accepting incoming/outgoing mail, courier, and deliveries
- Organizing and maintaining daily files
- Faxing documents as requested
- Scanning/Emailing documents as requested
Qualifications:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Windows, Teams)
Excellent Oral and Written Communication Skills
Ability to multi-task and shift priorities on a moment's notice
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong customer service skills
Friendly and empathetic nature
Part time hours, 4 days per week, - day time, occasional evening
Schedule:
7.5 hour shift
Monday to Friday
Experience:
Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
