We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in phone systems, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner.
Manage incoming calls using phone etiquette, directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
Take payments using a point of sale system
Maintain call logs using Excel
Experience
Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Proficiency in customer service, demonstrating a positive attitude when interacting with clients.
Familiarity with phone systems and front desk operations is essential.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with attention to detail.
