Answering and directing incoming calls in a professional and pleasant manner
Manage all incoming and outgoing mail
Answering front door
Assisting with on-boarding new hires
Upload, manage and maintain digital, electronic, and paper employee files
Assist with LMIA applications and TFW program, including Work Permit renewals, SIN renewals and OHIP renewals
Assisting with Food Safety, Health & Safety and Joint Health & Safety Committee
Assisting in organizing employee events
Liaising with internal and external service providers
Perform general administrative support work such as running reports, collecting and analyzing information, copying, filing, faxing
Skills / Qualifications
Successful completion of high school diploma required
Successful completion of an administrative/office management program or HR diploma considered an asset
Professional accomplishments that reflect self-motivation and initiative
Professional maturity and ability to learn new things quickly and adapt to change
Strong proficiency with MS products, specifically: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook, considered an asset.
Excellent communication and customer service skills required
Ability to multi-task is essential
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills required
Must be self-motivated and punctual
Other languages are considered an asset
Working Conditions
