Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to appropriate individuals
- Perform general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and faxing
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain office supplies and order new supplies as needed
- Provide support to other staff members as needed Qualifications:
- Previous experience in reception is preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in using computer software
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
