Hey you! We are looking for a

Receptionist

that brings positivity and a people-first attitude to

Gander Hyundai!

As you will be the first face our customers interact with, you will play a crucial role in creating a friendly and welcoming experience from the moment they walk through the door or pick up the phone. As a

Receptionist,

you are the heart of the dealership and a key part of what makes our customer experience stand out. If you are a bubbly, approachable person who loves helping people feel at ease, this is the career for you!


Please note that this role is not eligible for Immigration Assistance due to the specific National Occupational Classifications (NOC) requirements.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Answering and forwarding telephone calls in a professional and timely matter Being the face of Gander Hyundai by greeting and directing customers to the appropriate department or team member, and creating a friendly and positive environment Handling daily cash and bank deposits Performing accurate data entry and general clerical support Maintaining a clean, organized work area Other administrative duties as needed

Requirements:

A positive attitude and a professional welcoming presence Excellent communication skills, in person and over the phone Strong time management skills and ability to stay organized, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks accordingly Experience with Microsoft Office Applications, and eager to learn dealership software systems Able to work in a team environment while helping create great experiences for every customer and colleague
