We are looking for a
Receptionist
to join our team. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will be friendly, organized, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously. We are looking for someone who can provide a high level of customer service while also ensuring that the front desk is well-stocked, organized, and ready to serve our clients.
Responsibilities:
Provide a warm and welcoming reception to all patients and visitors
Schedule appointments and maintain an organized appointment calendar
Professionally manage phone calls and emails, addressing inquiries promptly
Accurately document patient information and maintain records
Ensure seamless patient check-in and check-out processes
Collaborate with the medical team to optimize patient flow and satisfaction
Assist in administrative tasks, including insurance verification and payment processing
Showcase and educate patients about our glasses and eyewear options
Actively engage in glasses sales, including frame selection and order processing
Maintain a clean & tidy environment in the office
Perform othet duties as needed or requested by management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in reception, customer service and or sales is preferred
Friendly and approachable demeanour with excellent interpersonal skills
Strong verbal and written communication abilities
Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to multitask
High attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency in office software and electronic medical record systems is preferred
Interest in eyewear fashion and a willingness to learn about optical industry
