You\'ll impress their callers by leveraging your exceptional customer service and relationship-building abilities. Working as an integral part of our fast-paced and growing team, your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound phone calls promptly and efficiently, ensuring that clients never miss a call.
  • Entering caller information into our system accurately and promptly.
  • Delivering the highest levels of customer service to clients consistently.
  • Maintaining a fabulous attitude towards delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Exhibiting a confident telephone manner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrating accurate and timely data entry skills.
  • Being available to work on weekends (including both Saturday and Sunday).
  • Being available to work during holidays.
