Receptionist

FFUN Motor Sports, Saskatoon

Hours of Work:

Monday to Friday with occasional Saturdays

8:30am\xe2\x80\x935:30 pm, 40 hours/Week

The Receptionist is a positive and upbeat talented customer service provider, effective in a wide variety of functions that include administrative and clerical work, customer service, data entry, tracking and reporting functions. Job Responsibilities:

• Be the tone setter when customers first visit the dealership or on the phone - your enthusiasm will be the start of an exceptional customer experience
• Answering the telephone, screen, and forward calls
• Provide information to customers, taking messages, and scheduling appointments over the phone and in-person
• Complete high quality administrative and clerical tasks
• Prepare the daily bank deposit and provide administrative support
• Assist customers in the showroom when needed
• Jump in whenever, wherever (you\'re more then willing to help out when needed, its just the type of awesome team player you are!)

Key Qualifications:

• Must have a valid Driver\'s License
• Outstanding over the phone and in-person customer service skills
• Highly organized and accurate, with excellent multi-tasking skills
• A willingness and ability to learn new methods and systems
• A solid understanding of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
• Outgoing, energetic people person
• Self-motivated, positive, friendly, driven to learn and helpful
