We are looking for a new team member who is self-motivated and performance-driven to join our
Ens Toyota Reception and Administration Department.
An ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be reliable, and be able to adapt to various administrative tasks. Experience in customer service and an outgoing personality would be a benefit. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
Checking and forwarding emails
Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately
Notifies colleagues of customer arrival
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying and faxing
Provide basic and accurate information about the dealership in person or by phone/email
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable
Posting Invoices
Stocking vehicles for inventory
Qualifications
Administrative experience
A business or administrative certificate is preferred, but not required
Organized
Excellent customer service
Welcoming and positive attitude
Proper telephone etiquette
Attention to detail
Checking for accuracy
Numeracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Word, and Excel
Competent with computers and telephones
Verbal, written and interpersonal communication
Problem-solving
Performing routine tasks
This is a
permanent PART-TIME
position from Monday to Friday. 1 pm to 6 pm.
The opportunity for full-time hours may arise in the future as required.
Averaging 20 to 30 hours per week.
Remuneration is negotiable based on experience.
