Position: Receptionist
Location: 176 Mayfield Common, Edmonton, AB, T5P 4B3
Compensation: $35,000- $38,000
Job Type: Full-time | Onsite | Weekends Required
About the Role
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for students, faculty, staff, and visitors, helping create a welcoming, organized, and professional campus environment. This role supports front desk operations and provides administrative assistance to ensure smooth day-to-day campus activities.
Your Day-to-Day
Greet students, staff, and visitors; answer phones and respond to general inquiries
Maintain a welcoming, secure, and professional front desk area
Provide administrative support to campus departments and staff
Assist with scheduling, events, and campus communications
Maintain records, visitor logs, and basic filing systems
Monitor office supplies and coordinate restocking as needed
Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and campus policies
What You Bring to the Table
High school diploma or equivalent
1-3 years of experience in reception, administration, or customer service
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office equipment
Experience in an educational or student-focused environment is an asset
