Hiring - Full time receptionist


We are seeking a dedicated and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our office, particularly in a medical or dental setting.

This is an AFTERNOON shift (fulltime hours)

Duties



Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner. Answer phone calls, direct inquiries, and take messages as necessary. Schedule appointments and manage calendars efficiently. Maintain organized filing systems for patient records and office documents. Utilize Google Suite to manage correspondence and documentation. Perform data entry tasks accurately, including typing patient information and updating files. Assist with proofreading documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism. Collaborate with medical or dental staff to facilitate patient flow and office operations. Handle administrative tasks such as ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and managing office equipment.

Experience



Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred. Familiarity with medical or dental office procedures is a plus. Proficiency in using computer systems, including Google Suite applications. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and file management. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.

Education:

AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
Experience:

Front desk: 1 year (preferred) Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
