Essential Job Functions:

Greeting Customers Answering Telephone Prepare and Process Financial Invoices Process Parts Invoices Maintain front desk, reception area, and meeting area Perform any related clerical duties Taking information for walk-in estimates and handling customer drop-offs Timecard entry

Requirements:

Must like working in a fun environment that produces results. Able to stay organized and manage time effectively when working alone or collaboratively with a team. Enthusiastic, displays a positive attitude and is professional. 1 + Administrative Experience Superb communication skills, both written and oral Ability to problem solve and to work independently, under pressure and with deadlines.
