We are currently seeking a qualified candidate to join our Winnipeg office for the following position:

Temporary Receptionist



About the Role:



We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and reliable Receptionist to join our team for a Full time 1-2 month term position, starting immediately. In this role, you will be responsible for greeting visitors and answering phone calls.

Duties:



Welcome visitors and clients and help them accordingly Answer phone calls and Take payments, security deposits and refunds by way of cash, cheques, and debit. Enter payments into Yardi system. Reconcile batches, cash out at end of the day. Send courier requests Receive, sort, date stamp, code where appropriate and distribute incoming mail Additional administrative tasks as required

Qualifications:



High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year Administrative experience; Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Excellent English communication skills both written and verbal Exceptional interpersonal skills Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment. Good attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Office, Fax, Scanner and multiline phone.
