Job Description

Nanua & Ioffe Lawyers is seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:



Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate parties. Respond to general inquiries via phone and email. Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression Manage daily meeting requests, including boardroom and zoom bookings. Order and maintain office supplies as necessary. Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail. Assist in opening and closing client files. Support basic housekeeping tasks to keep the office organized. Perform additional administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications:



1+ years of reception experience required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
