As the ideal candidate you:
A minimum of one (1) year of customer service and/or administrative experience Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive customer experiences Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment Excellent interpersonal skills, with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word
