We are seeking a professional and friendly Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our tenants, vendors and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
Greet clients and visitors warmly, ensuring a positive first impression.
Answer phone calls promptly and direct them to the appropriate personnel.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area
Manage Google Reviews for all properties in the portfolio
Assist with calendar management and coordinate meetings.
Receive, print, sort, stamp and distribute daily mail/deliveries to various departments and individuals
Complete electronic bank deposits and enter into accounting software
Support office management functions by maintaining office supplies and equipment.
Provide administrative support such as filing, photocopying and scanning as requested.
Collaborate with rental and construction departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications
Previous experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role is preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
Ability to be proactive and resourceful when dealing with issues
Friendliness and customer service skills are essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00-$20.00 per hour
