Job Description

We are looking for someone who is interested in or has knowledge of the beauty/aesthetic industry (an interest in hair, make up, beauty, nails etc.) AND for someone who is available to start ASAP, with interviews and start dates within the next week This position is perfect for a new grad*

We are looking for a Receptionist Assistant for a nail salon in the Kanata/Stittsville area. Serious inquiries only. Please tell us why you would be a good fit at our salon in your resume or cover letter.



Tasks and Responsibilities include:

Greeting clients, responding to emails, picking up the phone and booking appointments Cleaning and prepping the salon during free time Operating the cash and checking out clients Providing good customer service which includes: engaging with the client, being polite and courteous, answering questions etc. Must be personable as you will be dealing with the public Sometimes it is very busy and will require you to multi task Must be able to work under pressure, as it is a fast-paced environment We are looking for someone with an open and flexible schedule Needs to be interested or have some knowledge of nails/beauty/aesthetics Salon hours are between 10am - 7:30pm during the week, 10am-5:30pm Saturday/Sunday
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour
