The Wellnest Family Clinic is a multidisciplinary maternal & pediatric wellness centre dedicated to caring for moms, babies, children, and families. Our collaborative team includes chiropractors, naturopaths, physiotherapists, massage therapists, lactation consultants, and counselors--all working together to provide compassionate, family-centered care.
We are looking for a
Receptionist / Administrative & Content Assistant
to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who loves working with people, is highly organized, and has an eye for creative detail. You'll be the friendly face greeting families as they enter our clinic, while also supporting our digital presence through simple social media and content creation tasks.

Key Responsibilities
Front Desk & Administrative Duties
Greet and welcome patients in a friendly, professional manner
Schedule and confirm appointments using our electronic booking system
Manage phone and email inquiries
Process payments, issue receipts, and handle direct billing (training provided)
Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk and waiting areas
Support practitioners with administrative and coordination needs
Content Creation & Marketing Support
Assist with social media posting (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Capture photos or short videos of the clinic (when appropriate and approved)
Help brainstorm and schedule creative content ideas that reflect our brand
Update online listings or website content as needed
Support clinic events, workshops, or community outreach
Who You Are
Friendly, professional, and approachable with excellent communication skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, family-friendly environment
Tech-savvy and confident using digital tools and social media platforms
Creative and eager to learn new skills related to wellness marketing
Previous experience in a clinic, wellness, or customer service setting is an asset
Interest in health, wellness, or family care is a plus
Skills & Assets
Familiarity with booking or EMR systems (JaneApp experience an asset)
Basic knowledge of Canva, Instagram, or other content tools
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to multitask and manage priorities
Team player with a positive attitude
