Wage Transparency:

The base salary range for this position is $40,000 to $45,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.


About the Role





We're looking for an Office Administrator/Receptionist for our office located in Kitchener, Ontario. This role will play a vital role in the customer service and organizational strength of our business. The successful candidate will provide technical administrative support, greet and direct visitors, answer calls and emails and complete other administrative duties as assigned.


What You'll Do




Greet visitors and offer appropriate assistance + Answer reception phone calls, emails and website inquiries and distribute work across varying departments throughout NFP
+ Provide administrative support using a variety of software systems to support all departments
+ Participate in our office Engage Me/Social Committee planning and coordinating internal events and meetings (arranging catering/lunches)
Be a key component of our Health and Safety and Site Leader Committees

What You Bring



Passion for customer service, drive to deliver a world-class customer experience Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to successfully interact with a variety or people Ability to multi-task and work well in a fast-paced environment Demonstrates technical proficiency and comfort navigating multiple software systems to support a wide range of administrative functions across all lines of business at NFP. Solid working knowledge of computer operating systems including industry software such as EPIC is an asset. Bilingualism is an asset- French & English Strong organizational and time management skills
