Position Overview
The Receptionist / Administrative Assistant is a fundamental team member responsible for providing exceptional front desk customer service, managing administrative tasks, and supporting the overall operations of the office. This position is required to be onsite at our 330 Applewood Crescent, Concord, Ontario office five days a week (8am-5pm ET). This position ensures smooth day-to-day office functions while also assisting other departments with tasks related to purchasing/material flow, employee support, office services, and executive assistance.
Candidate Profile
You will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. You should be proficient at focusing on detailed administrative tasks using the full suite of Microsoft Office and working electronically with colleagues in other Toro offices. Any experience working with an ERP system will be considered a definite asset.
