Job Summary

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Part-Time Gym Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our members and ensuring the smooth operation of gym activities. Your primary focus will be on customer service, assisting members with their needs, and maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the gym.

Duties

Greet and assist gym members with inquiries, providing exceptional customer service. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties. Utilize POS systems for processing payments and managing memberships. Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and facilities. Support technical sales efforts by promoting gym services and products to members. Assist in managing member registrations. Monitor gym activities to ensure safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall member experience.

Experience

Previous experience in an office, retail or sales environment is preferred but not required. Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash management. Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly environment. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal communication skills. Familiarity with technical sales concepts is a plus, as well as experience with POS systems.
