Job Description

We are an experienced and prestigious boutique law firm located in the lower Fraser Valley, specializing in Family Law. We benefit from a dynamic group of lawyers with an amazing and efficient team of dedicated legal support staff. We believe working together ensures our clients the best service available. Currently, we are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive Receptionist/Administrative Assistant who demonstrates professionalism when dealing with our valued clients to join our team..

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years' experience as a Receptionist. Experience in a law firm is an asset but not required.

Duties & Responsibilities include, but not limited to

Answering telephone calls and taking messages Copying and faxing documents Managing incoming emails and referrals Opening client files (including data entry) Receiving payments to Trust and General Managing calendars Booking appointments and consultations Ordering office supplies Light housekeeping Photocopying, faxing, and sending bills and correspondences General office related tasks Other typical law firm duties as they arise.
Required Skills and Proficiencies.

Excellent written and oral communication skills Reliable and able to work with minimal direction and instructions. Professional and friendly demeanor Manage, organize, and prioritize work independently Take initiative and have a strong work ethic Highly organized with precise attention to details
