We are looking to recruit an Office/Administrative Assistant to work at our Sleep Division's head office in St. Albert 5 days a week. The role would include greeting patients, answering phones, booking patients in for appointments at our sleep clinics, making reminder calls prior to appointments, as well as faxing documentation and results to clinics. It could also involve some insurance submission processes. Previous experience with an EMR (electronic medical record) is preferred but not necessary. This position is to begin as soon as possible - preferably before July 1, 2025.
