Responsibilities:
Greet & attend to all clients with a positive, helpful attitude.
Answer all phone calls quickly and courteously.
Professionally assist doctors, staff, and clients with any requests.
Schedule appointments.
Assist Chiropractors with providing heat for patients, reporting, and any other duties they may require.
Assist with a variety of administrative tasks including filing, scanning, and faxing.
General cleaning.
Requirements:
Positive, personable attitude.
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Competency with computer programs.
Part-time to start - 15-20 hours/week, with more hours coming available in January.
