Meridian Surveys is a leading survey firm with offices in major centres in Saskatchewan and Alberta. We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Saskatoon Office.
Our ideal candidate would be well organized, capable of critical thinking, possess customer service skills and have excellent time management skills. The candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
Duties include, but are not limited to:
Answering phones in a courteous manner
Customer Service
Correspondence with clients
File management
Filing
Creating spreadsheets
Invoice creation and cost tracking
Data entry
Processing credit card payments
Knowledge of Land Surveying will be considered an asset
Certificate or degree in Business Administration (or equivalent experience) will be considered assets
