This is a truly dynamic role involving the fundamental administration and execution of all aspects of our operations. Daily responsibilities may include: \xef\x82\xb7 Support all internal business divisions (safety, training and field operations) \xef\x82\xb7 Provide assistance to management, safety advisors, instructors & rescue technicians \xef\x82\xb7 Manage all incoming and outgoing shipments, back orders and inventory \xef\x83\xbc Provide administrative & customer service support for all operations \xef\x83\xbc Welcome visitors and manage incoming telephone and email inquires \xef\x83\xbc Coordinate with clients to organize customized training events \xef\x83\xbc Prepare training materials, classrooms and training facility for instructors prior to and after training courses \xef\x83\xbc Input information into our internal and client training databases \xef\x83\xbc Generate and distribute training certificates \xef\x83\xbc Collect payment for goods and services \xef\x83\xbc Update web and social media with upcoming training and TRR events \xef\x83\xbc Maintain an up-to-date calendar of events \xef\x83\xbc Maintain adequate stock of office supplies and training facility materials \xef\x83\xbc Help maintain overall facility appearance Our ideal Candidate will have the following qualities: \xef\x82\xb7 Passion for working under pressure in an environment that expects the highest levels of customer service, integrity, confidentiality and ethics \xef\x82\xb7 Boundless energy and a positive professional attitude \xef\x82\xb7 Natural aptitude for interacting with the public \xef\x82\xb7 History of strong leadership and client relationship skills \xef\x82\xb7 Strive for customer service excellence \xef\x82\xb7 Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task \xef\x82\xb7 Resourceful and proactive problem solver with analytical skills \xef\x82\xb7 Possess superior written and oral communication skills. \xef\x82\xb7 Completion of an Administration diploma, University degree or related college diploma \xef\x82\xb7 Experience and training in an administrative role - Experience with book-keeping/simply accounting and/or payroll is an asset. \xef\x82\xb7 Experience working with senior management and executives \xef\x82\xb7 Experience in a complimentary volunteer role would be an asset \xef\x82\xb7 MS Office proficient (Especially formatting, creating, and developing Word, Excel or Powerpoint documents) In your cover letter indicate why you are interested in working with TRR and why you would be a good fit for the TRR organization.
