We are looking to add a full time administrative assistant to our team at our Okotoks location.

No summer students

.

Responsibilities of a Administrative Assistant would include:



- answering phone calls

- booking patients

- taking payments

- billing

- Dealing with third party insurance companies

- filing

- sending and receiving patient reports

- scanning documents

- keeping a tidy front desk workplace area

- Adherence to all Leading Edge protocols and policies ensuring patient care is utmost priority at all times

- Taking an active leadership role in our community involvement programs and charitable events

- This position would also require some Physiotherapy Assistant training as well.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following qualifications:



- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

- Well-developed communication and management skills

- Excellent understanding of providing quality customer service. Diploma/Certification in Business Administration and/or related experience is an asset, but not required. We are willing to train and mentor the right personality.

Previous experience as a Server is highly valuable in this role, as it demonstrates the ability to excel in fast paced environments while delivering exceptional customer service. The skills gained as a Server, such as meeting high expectations for customer satisfaction and handling multiple tasks under pressure, are directly transferable and essential for success in this position.



Hours would be Monday to Friday with a mix of morning and evening shifts. Flexibility is required.

Entry level wages start at $16.00-17.00/hr depending on position and experience, with room for advancement.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $16.00-$17.00 per hour
