We are looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant with strong Microsoft Office skills. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable communicating with our staff and clients and possesses strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills. The successful candidate for this position will have prior experience working in a fast-paced environment as well as a minimum of one year of administrative support in a corporate environment. Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a polite manner.
• Answer the phone using proper telephone etiquette.
• Accurately type documents to ensure that paperwork is done accurately and timely.
• Know where to find various resources within the company.
• Scan and file documents.
• Prepare meeting rooms for meetings and training sessions.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: $22.00-$23.00 per hour Benefits:

Flexible Language Requirement:

• French not required

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Langley, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor\'s Degree (preferred)

Experience:

• Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
• Administrative experience: 1 year (required)
