Do you come from Reception experience or Office administration and are currently looking for your next opportunity? Do you enjoy working in a corporate office environment and being the first point of contact for an organization? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you! We are hiring for a short term Reception contract assignment. - Hourly rate of $19-$20 p/hr
- Monday to Friday- 8:30 am - 4:30 pm
- 3 week assignment!Responsibilities
- Greet all visitors and notify the individual that they are visiting while ensuring the clients are welcomed.
- Answer all incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Keep the front desk array and visitors seating area neat and tidy
- Assist different departments with administrative tasks such as printing documents, filing and general administration.
- Create efficiencies in the role where possible
- Keep the kitchen area neat and assist with getting the coffee made in the morning
- Offer coffe/tea/water to visitorsQualifications
- Past experience in reception and administration would be an asset in this role, however, they team is open to recent graduations and limited administrative experience
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively through phone and in person
- A welcoming demeanor with the ability to multitask
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team when requiredSummary
